I REMEMBER WHEN...

* minutes used to seem like hours and hours seemed like forever.
* my children used to be... children.
* birthday's focused on gifts not age.
* I tasted my first perogi, plantain, sushi, crepe, godiva chocolate...
* I went to a luau, snorkled with turtles, walked in the Amazon jungle, stood in Red Square, climbed a pyramid, picnicked in Alaska, saw an active volcano, sat on a castle wall, became a wife and a mother...
* I remember when I only had dreams.

Now as I look back, I am thankful for the memories the Lord has allowed me to build.
I realize it is a priviledge to grow older... so I can remember when.
